CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
I aim to provide clients the highest quality service. If you should cancel your reservation less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who may have taken your scheduled reservation time.
For this reason I am obligated to compensate myself for my time as well as make up or lost revenue.
I respectfully ask that cancellations or changes to your reservation are made at least 48-hours before your appointment. Less than 24-hour and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
